RUGBY: Western Bulls thrash Blak Blad

Western Bulls thrashed Blak Blad 47-3 in a Kenya Cup tie staged at the Kakamega High School grounds at the weekend. In another encounter, Nakuru Top Fry sealed their stay at the summit with a resounding 64-0 away win over Homeboyz at the Strathmore Grounds in Madaraka on Saturday.

Top Fry showed their intent to win from the onset, leading 33-0 at the breather. The champions scored 10 tries and seven conversions past their hosts. Martin Owila and Calvin Otieno scored two tries apiece as Larry Safari, Lawi Buyachi, Nick Lang’o, Dallo Chituyi, Philip Kwame, Felix Oloo landed once.
