Former FKF president Nyamweya loses key staffer

Renowned staffer of former Football Kenya Federation ( FKF) president Sam Nyamweya has passed away.

Onyango Keyuka died suddenly this morning (Friday) at Kenyatta National Hospital where he had been rushed last night following a reported “a serious stroke.”

A trusted lieutenant since the 90s, Onyango widely acclaimed as ever-present link between Nyamweya and his supporters from the time he served as the FKF Secretary General in 1996-2000 and later as president from 2011-2015.

“It is with a heavy  heart  and  sad  note  to  announce  the  death  of  Mr. Onyango  one  of my  loyal  staff, who  passed  on  this  morning  in a Nairobi  Hospital  after  a serious  stroke  early.  I will update   you as we move along,” Nyamweya said.
