Handicap 26 Lydia Otieno is the overall winner of Kenya Railways Golf Club (Lady Captain Jane Alice Mutuota) prize.

Playing at home, it was more of a routine outing for Otieno, despite the soggy course dur to the ongoing rains.

Otieno returned to the clubhouse with a score of 31 stableford points to triumph over a huge field of 116 golfers who took part on the day-long tournament that was presented by AA Kenya, NAS Airport Services, K-Link, Meraki, Parapet, Farmers Choice, Bio Foods and friends of the Lady Captain.

Otieno relegated Ruth Omwansa, who was playing off handicap 23, to Lady winner second, while the long-hitting Mildred Malubi, playing off handicap 23, was Lady winner third.

Handicap 22 Eunice Kilonzo, playing off handicap 22, was Lady winner fourth on 31 stableford points. Handicap 13 Nancy Kariuki, with 27 stableford points, was fifth as handicap 26 Alice Mwangi won Lady winner sixth prize on a score of 26 stableford points.

Handicap 28 Elizabeth Ngethe won the Guest Lady winner prize on a score of 38 stableford points, as Naomi Wakesho, playing off handicap 10, finished second on a score of 30 stableford points.

Harriet Mbiro was third on a score of 29 stableford points.

Limuru Golf and Country Club’s Collins Nzioka, playing off handicap 10, was the best male guest golfer on a score of 33 stableford points.

Sammy Gichomo, playing off handicap 21 on a score of 43 stableford points, won the Men winner prize. Handicap 15, B Mutisya was Men winner second on a score of 37 stableford points, relegating handicap 13 Ngugi Njuguna and handicap 6 Paul Orawo, both on 37 stableford points.
