Tom Simba survived a count back to emerge the overall winner of this year’s fistula challenge golf tournament played at the par 72 Karen Country Golf club in Nairobi on Friday.
Simba carded an excellent count back score of 43 stableford points to lead the leader board in the day-long 18 hole tournament at the 6972 yards course.
