REVEALED! Reasons why Pogba wants to quit Manchester United

Paul Pogba has consistently been linked with a move to Real Madrid from Man Utd

Paul Pogba has named three reasons why he wants to quit Manchester United and join Real Madrid .

Midfield superstar Pogba has been heavily linked with a massive money transfer to La Liga giants Real throughout this summer.

The Frenchman has publicly announced his desire to leave Old Trafford, while Zinedine Zidane is a huge fan of Pogba.

According to Spanish publication AS, the transfer is "inevitable" with Pogba apparently giving a trio of explanations as to wanting to leave.

Firstly, the 26-year-old is desperate to avoid a repeat of his move to United from Juventus .

The transfer became a summer long saga in 2016 before the two clubs eventually agreed a then-world record £89million fee and a five-year contract on August 8.

Pogba is also frustrated he is no longer United's highest wage earner, having been overtaken by Alexis Sanchez, when he arrived from Arsenal 18 months ago.

The World Cup winner is reportedly on £290,000-a-week, which is £60,000 less than Sanchez's eye watering £350,000-a-week.

Finally, Pogba's dream of winning the Ballon d'Or is taking a hit while at the Red Devils, he believes.

Pogba has never finished in the top three of the prestigious award, and his chances of changing that are slim with United failing to qualify for the Champions League.

One thing that could persuade Pogba to stay at United is a change in position, with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hinting he could utilise the midfielder in a deeper role.

"I thought they [Pogba and McTominay] played really well in the first-half," said Solskjaer after beating Spurs.

"They haven’t done that before [the tour] as a two and today I thought they really looked really like a good pair.

"Of course we’ve got  Fred  and Nemanja [  Matic  ] second-half, we have Andreas [Pereira], so it’s something we have to look at.

"But we controlled the game better. Second-half we didn't keep the ball well enough, so disappointed with the second-half, how we finished, really. But it’s been a great tour. And those two played well.

"He [Pogba] can play in a two like he does for France but he has also got the freedom of picking his moments, when to go forward.
