The European summer transfer window comes with a lot of expectation from the football faithful especially in terms of who their respective teams are after and if they can get deals over the line.

Some clubs usually impress in their transfer business while others disappoint. In the previous summer window, Liverpool impressed by striking some high-profile deals including Fabinho from Monaco and Naby Keita from Leipzig.

Tottenham, however, didn't do any transfer business. Disappointed fans took to social media and compared themselves to their neighbours and rivals Arsenal who had managed to pull off a couple of amazing deals.

As European Leagues approach the homestretch, transfer speculation is already driving netizens crazy. Barcelona have already snapped Frankie de Jong from Ajax while Juventus have their first catch in the name of free agent Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal.

Here are some of the transfer rumours already making headlines as collected from around the web by Game Yetu.
