Romelu Lukaku's celebration at Bournemouth caused quite the stir.

The Belgian international stepped off the bench to add United's second in a comfortable win on the south coast on Wednesday night.

Many of those watching were unsure of the meaning behind the celebration - but there is a pretty good explanation.

Lukaku recently signed with Roc Nation Sports, founded by none other than Jay-Z.

Those familiar with the rapper will know he has been using the hand symbol for years - and also reportedly filed legal documents to obtain exclusive rights.

Roc Nation Sports has been looking to grow its sports business on this side of the Atlantic and has been boosted by Lukaku's arrival.

The United striker, who recently posed alongside NFL star Leonard Fournette, is joined by Germany defender Jerome Boateng in the company.

Lukaku's agent remains Mino Raiola, who brokered his summer move from Everton.

However, it is unclear how the relationship with Jay-Z's agency will affect them going forward.
