Zinedine Zidane is planning a summer clearout at Real Madrid with as many as seven players fighting for their futures.

Los Blancos beat Juventus on Saturday to secure their second Champions League title in as many years.

It capped another memorable season for Real, who also pipped Barcelona to win La Liga.

But Zidane wants to add to his all-conquering squad in the close season - and will let some big names go in order to do so.

As many as seven players could exit the Bernabeu as part of the summer overhaul, reports AS.

Long-serving defender Pepe will be the first out of the door after confirming his depature.

The Portuguese international has made over 300 appearances for the club in 10 years at the Bernabeu.

Countryman Fabio Coentrao is also set to leave Real this summer.

The left-back has played second fiddle to Marcelo this term and is expected to join Sporting on loan.

The biggest name that could depart is James Rodriguez, who was snubbed from Real's Champions League final squad.

The Colombian has been linked with Manchester United and Inter Milan in recent weeks, despite pleas from Cristiano Ronaldo to stay.

United are also keen on Alvaro Morata, who has grown frustrated at his role at the Bernabeu.

The striker has bagged 20 goals this term but looks unlikely to dislodge Karim Benzema as Real's main striker.

A deal to take Morata to Old Trafford may see De Gea move in the opposite direction, affecting the goalkeeping situation at Real.
