Kenyan international Michael Olunga has attracted massive interest after a successful debut season in the Swedish top flight with Djugardens IF, according to Soka.

Newly promoted Chinese side Hengfeng Guizhou Zhicheng FC is said to be excited about getting the striker, who scored 12 goals and snatched four assists with his first season with Djugardens IF.

Russian giants CSKA Moscow is also reported to be on the chase for the Kenyan striker.

The 22 – year old striker has also been connected with a move to Turkey to join Galatasaray. The reports come in the wake of the club’s top striker Lukas Podolski being connected with a move to China.

According to a report on Swedish site expressen.se, Djugardens has not yet decided on whether or not to cash in on the striker.

Olunga made his debut for the Kenya national team in a friendly against Seychelles at the Stade Linité in Victoria on 28 March 2015.

He scored his first goal for the Harambee Stars in a 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against Zambia, but could not help prevent his side falling to a 2–1 loss at the Nyayo National Stadium.
