Headteachers Conference

Primary school heads want the government to raise funding per child per year from 1,020 shillings to 5,000 shillings to improve the quality of education offered in public schools. The school heads who are attending the 6th annual delegates conference meeting in Mombasa warned that free primary education (FPE) could be paralysed unless adequate funding is provided.
