Karuturi fights receivers over property auction

Cash-strapped Karuturi Flowers in Naivasha is back in court in a bid to stop receiver managers from auctioning its property over Sh1.8 billion debt.

Karuturi Limited, Surya Holdings and Rhea Holdings, in a petition filed at High Court in Nairobi, have sued CFC Stanbic Bank and joint receiver managers Muniu Thoithi and Kuria Mucheru.
