Police on Saturday morning found 152 dummy bombs at a hardware shop in Nanyuki, Laikipia County.

It is unclear what the dummies were for but the owner of the shop says he had bought them as scrap metal.

Police have sealed off the site and investigations are underway. Bomb disposal squad is also at the scene.
