Is ARUNGA joining another TV Station?
Rumours are rife that former TV queen Esther Timberlake nee Arunga is ready to go back on air —but not at KTN. Our sources reveal that a certain station has been in talks with the controversial member of Finger of God Ministry who dumped her boyfriend Wilson Malaba and married Quincy Timberlake Zuma; a man whose nationality has been questioned in the past. It is said that the proprietor of the TV station wants to rope in viewers who are curious about the former star.
Presenter tunes a take-away
Well…we have seen many local celebs going bananas after a drinking spree but this one was almost berserk. A popular radio presenter was last week seen in the morning dragging a call girl from a Langata Road pub minutes before sunrise — leaving our snitches in shock. The said presenter had been partying at the popular club throughout the night with other showbiz bigwigs and a member of the Kenya Rugby Sevens national team.
So great must have been the outing with the presenter swallowing one too many that even his friends abandoned him at the club. And as the club was closing in the chilly morning, the radio star staggered out of the pub in the hands of an equally inebriated partner dragging her into a waiting taxi.
"Haiya, imagine ame-chips fungwa," exclaimed a stunned fan as she watched the taxi speed off. Whichever way you look at it, the presenter was far out of tune.
