My Style - Habida

My style is… Funky. I try to look different by wearing designs that are not common.

Sneakers or stilettos… I like comfortable tennis shoes for my day look and heels at night. Heels are a must have for special occasions because of the effect they have on clothes.

I don’t wear much make-up… But when I do, I like browns and golds for eye shadow and gloss with hints of pink to liven my lips up slightly.

My favourite shopping destination… Mostly the US, it’s the place to get a variety of clothing for a good bargain…and to be honest I like bargains.

My favourite labels are… Bath and Body works for my body scents, Guess for my jeans, Bakers for shoes and Coach for handbags.

If you were to access a celebrity wardrobe, who would it be? Halle Berry. She has a sophisticated but very sexy look.

Describe your stage look? I like to dress in funky retro style-like off shoulder tops.

I like guys who… can dress down and spot a clean haircut. A dude who looks good whether in suits or jeans and smells good.

Best scent

Oh man! There are so many, If I had to pick one, I’d choose Gucci by Gucci. It smells really good.

Right now I’m really digging… Shoes, faded jeans and tennis shoes. I have also started spicing things up with scarves.

The most expensive item in my closet… I once bought a pair of jeans for US$100 (Sh7,800), but I think my handbags are also quite expensive.

Style tip? Comfort is the key to pulling off any outfit.
