Annan expected in Nairobi

Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan is expected to land in Nairobi at 7:05pm on Sunday.

Annan, who brokered a peace deal that saw the formation of a grand coalition government, will thereafter hold a press conference at 7:45pm.

Sources say Annan is scheduled to meet President Kibaki and Prime minister Raila Odinga on Monday
