Ruto to host devolution conference in Homa Bay

President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga will attend this year's devolution conference expected to take place at the Homa Bay High School.

The conference steering committee, chaired by Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga, yesterday said President Ruto will open the forum on August 12 while Raila will preside over on the second day.
