Dunford ranked second globally

The USA Grand Prix was held in Missouri and Kenya’s Jason Dunford had some excellent swims, winning his speciality- 100m fly in 52.76 followed by Japanese Masayuda Kishida 53.14 and Tyler McGill of USA on 53.41.

Kenya Swimming Federation official Winnie Kamau said Dunfords time puts him second on the world rankings this year behind legendary Michael Phelps on 52.54.

Dunford qualified for the final of the 200m fly in 2.06.59 in fifth place but scratched from the final to concentrate on 50m free final where he took bronze in 22.95.
