Government moves to harmonise civil servants' pay

The government has reaffirmed its commitment to motivating civil servants through the harmonisation of salaries across all cadre.

Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital, and Special Programmes, Geoffrey Ruku says this will also include a comprehensive digital transformation agenda that includes the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to boost efficiency and enhance service delivery.
