The High Court has directed the Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to immediately reinstate the security detail assigned to former National Assembly Speaker and Attorney General, Hon. Justin Muturi, pending the determination of a suit challenging the withdrawal of his official protection.
Justice Chacha Mwita issued a conservatory order barring the National Police Service from withdrawing or interfering with Muturi's security arrangements in any way until June 24, 2025.
