The senior staff included Assembly Clerk Jacob Ngwele, Deputy Clerk Adah Onyango, senior procurement officer James Kariuki, senior finance and Planning Officer Fredrick Mwangi, principal accountant Philomena Nzuki and businessman Raphael Maluki.
