Kenya Handball Federation men's national league champions Black Mamba booked a place in the last four of the Super Cup tournament.

Mamba defeated Rangers HC 27-21 in a Group A match at Kaloleni Handball Court at the weekend.

Mamba's Byron Agunda and Levi Sitati of Rangers topped the scorers' chart with five goals each.

“It was a good start and we are hoping for an even better performance next weekend. Lifting the cup is our target because we are yet to achieve that,” said Black Mamba coach Martin Abunde.

Super Cup defending champions Strathmore University defeated Rangers HC 30-25 to also make the semifinals set for next weekend at the same court.

National Cereals and Produce Board and KDF also booked a place in the last four with their victories.
