NAIROBI, KENYA: The Government has phased out the construction of milling plant in Galana food security project as recommended by inter-ministerial task force.
Speaking on Friday, Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa said construction of the milling plant has been moved to consequent phases that will include the private sector.
