Jose Mourinho set to sell Manchester United star Anthony Martial this summer

Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho is set to sell French striker Anthony Martial this summer in order to attain funds capable of attracting world class players.

Martial is said to be on Mourinho’s want away list, having struggled to impress enough to gain a first team spot.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Ivan Perisic and Alvaro Morata in recent weeks, with all players requiring a massive amount of money to complete transfers.

The France international who became the most expensive teenager in world football following his move from Monaco in 2015, started less than half of Manchester United’s Premier League games last season.

Martial’s position at Manchester United could come under threat if Mourinho completes either Griezmann’s, Morata’s or Perisic’s deal.
