NTSA now wants out of court deal with LSK

Kenya: The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has asked the High Court for time to forge a deal with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) on road signs, vehicle inspection, renewal of licences and speed limits.

NTSA through its lawyer Charles Agwara told the court that the road safety watchdog had already put up signs for road users adding that it would broker an out of court agreement with LSK as majority of the issues raised had been resolved.
