Poverty prevalence in Turkana County has dropped by about 10 per cent in the last decade, the Kenya Integrated Household Budget Survey 2015/16 has revealed.
According to the survey, the overall poverty incidence in the county now stands at 79.4 per cent, down from 92.6 per cent in 2005/06.
