Nairobi: National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) names PSVs flouting rules

The transport agency has embarked on a name-and-shame policy to inform the public of vehicles that have flouted rules. According to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), the method is being applied on vehicles that ply long-distance routes.
