A reveller at a popular lounge in Kericho reportedly fell and died while partying on Christmas day.
Graphic pictures taken at the scene around 10pm on Sunday night, captured the young man sprawled on the tarmac after suffering multiple body fractures from the fall.
Kericho East Officer Commanding Police Division Abdulkadir Malicha said they had launched an investigation into the incident to determine whether the victim had been pushed to his death or it was an accident.
"We cannot disclose much detail for now until we conclude the investigation in the matter," he said.
The sports bar and party lounge is a popular location for partygoers in Kericho.
The death came as another young man was fighting for his life at Kericho County Hospital's Intensive Care Unit after he was reportedly stabbed by a five-man gang who accosted and robbed him at the Central Business District next to Giftmatt supermarket.
The knife welding gang also accosted another victim at Kenya Industrial Estates.
