Bahati addresses Diana, Yvette Obura feud, Mueni whereabouts

Loyal fans of the Bahatis noticed Bahati's daughter Mueni has been missing from the household in recent weeks and they wondered whether her mum Yvette Obura and Diana had clashed.

This was further fueled by a comment Diana made while responding to a netizen who wished to see Mueni enjoying herself with her siblings.

"Imagine if Mueni was there too. Whatever it is that happened, I rebuke the spirit of separation in Jesus' name! Let peace reign and God bring back baby Mueni home to her siblings," wrote the fan.

Diana swiftly responded by saying, "Let's not involve Jesus where there is ungratefulness, bitterness, and spite."

Asked whether all is well in his household, Bahati said he is not aware of any fallout between Yvette and Diana.

"Kitu ya kwanza I think nitawaletea tuu Diana, ama mutafute Diana B then you can ask her these questions , unajua mimi saa zingine nimekuwa offline."

He further stated that Mueni needed more time to bond with her mum (Yvette).

"About my daughter Mueni...she is my daughter, that doesn't change...I cannot say she is no longer living with us.... she changed schools because also tulikuwa tunakaa na yeye for so long and she didn't have a lot of time to bond with her mum so the mum requested akue kwa a school that is closer.

"So her mum requested for a school near her place that she can be bonding with her daughter and is the same level as that of her sisters. I make sure wote wako the same...school fees hata nadhani pengine ni more expensive, but I think it is the same level."

He reiterated that he has only one wife, Diana.

In 2022, Diana and Yvette sat down to address their differences on YouTube. According to Yvette, news of Bahati having a new girlfriend not long after their breakup took her aback. In her explanation, although they were apart, she had hoped they would possibly talk their differences out and get back together to raise their newborn child.

"The first time I got to hear about you guys was on social media. You had posted something about being each other's prayer partners. I just asked myself, what is happening? When you had your things going on, I had just given birth, the baby was still very young, I'm a first-time mom and fresh from a break up. I sat and thought to myself, how fast did he meet someone? I mean what happened?" she said.

Diana on the other hand revealed that Bahati had made it known to her that he had a child as soon as their relationship started getting serious, a revelation she admits was a hard pill to swallow but all in all accepted Mueni and loved her like her own.
