Many studies show that a woman's sex drive often peaks in her 30s. Psychologist Monica Oyoo confirms that many women experience a stronger sex drive as they grow older, attributing this to both physiological and mental reasons.

In their 20s, Monica notes, women's hormones are often still rebalancing after the teenage years. For many, this is a period of discovering and experimenting with sex. She explains that during this phase, women tend to be more passive, often letting their partners take full charge in the bedroom.
