Burnley manager Sean Dyche revealed he was notified of an administration error by Bournemouth staff at Turf Moor before kick-off in their FA Cup fifth-round clash on Tuesday, February 9.
Dyche made numerous changes to the team that drew with Brighton in the Premier League and included the usual left-back, Dutchman Erik Pieters in the starting line-up.
