Former Harambee Stars captain Robert Mambo has said there is need to nurture talent at the grassroot if Kenya was to make a major impact in world football.

“If Kenya is serious in making a major step in football globally then we need to look for talent at the grassroot,” Mambo said. He said he was proud to see football tournaments are being organised at the grassroots with the aim of tapping talent.
