Nairobi City Stars coach Jan Koops has confirmed he will be without influential midfielders Boniface Onyango and John Makwata when the team hosts Karuturi Sports at Kasarani on Wednesday. Onyango picked a hamstring injury while Makwata is suffering from malaria. Koops has said while he will miss the two players, it is an opportunity for him to test others who have not had an opportunity to play. “It is a good chance for other players to show what they can do,” he said.
