Little things that matter to women

By DIZZYBEE

I’m just chillin’ with my cool-aid…. No, I really am not, but that line in TLC’s Diggin’ on You is a perfect line to start today.

Talking of diggin’ on you — I wonder, do men know how easy it is to impress a woman? We’ve got all sorts coming out of the wood works.

If a man is not flaunting his money and wealth trying to buy your love (and your knickers too), then he’s acting all macho and bad-boy, trying to show you his wild side. It’s a given, men are made to impress women, it’s part of the mating dance. But they need to understand a few things, on how to impress women. It’s the little things that count to most women. Yes, we all want a rich husband who will spoil us crazy with the material things, but if he’s not there to spend time with you, what’s the point?

I can’t hug a thousand bob note, or kiss the face of an old president (dead or just plain old) as I snuggle in bed. As the saying goes, money only impresses lazy girls. When a woman works hard, a man with money is only a bonus. If you want to impress her, go beyond the shopping sprees — be there when she actually needs you, and share her life. After all, she’s the one who’s going to hold your hand, not that bullion sitting in the safe.

One other thing that certainly impresses me, if not most women, is a faithful man. The biggest way to ensure she knows you love her is by staying faithful. I know, it’s difficult to walk on the city streets on a hot day and watch that young, firm a** passing in front of your car but you know what, you don’t have to act on it. Go ahead, have your fantasies; you didn’t think that we watch all those soaps and TV shows for the content did you? Sometimes the eye candy is just so delish! But we leave our fantasies where they belong — in our heads.

Men think that women are the most difficult creatures to understand, but we really aren’t. We’re as human as you are — yes, even on those days. Try doing the simple, easy things, and the bigger rewards will come to you.
