Do It Yourself spa treatments are easy and affordable. Not only are they simple but they can also help improve blood circulation, release tension in your muscles and aid mental relaxation.

Here are a few tips for a full body spa:

Manicure and pedicure

Getting all the necessary gadgets and tools for a manicure and pedicure is not very expensive and once you buy them you can use them for a long time. The biggest advantage is when you do it on your own, you do it the way you want and according to your specification.

Lemon and sugar scrub can be used to scrub ones hand and feet. It is not too coarse on your skin and at the end of it you will have glowing skin free of blocked pores.

Facial treatment

Your face is usually subjected to all the elements in your environment, therefore, it needs a good pampering to ensure its healthy and looking good. Facial treatments include a good gentle scrub, using a facial mask, steaming, cleansing and toning.

Hair care

Our hair is usually subjected to a lot of abrasive elements such as dust, heat, chemicals, and many types of hair products. There are various homemade treatments for the hair such as olive oil that leaves the hair healthy and strong. Treat your hair with care to keep it looking good.

Body care

After a long day, your body usually feels tired and overworked. Get a good soak in the tub or a nice long shower to help release the tension in the body’s muscles and joints. Use an aromatic shower gel or bubble bath.

When taking the soak do not forget your feet. They carry you all through the day therefore they need a little better treatment as you do your own spa.
