Nigerian Afrobeats singer Tems has won her first individual Grammy Award at the 67th Grammy Awards. The event took place on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Tems won in the Best African Music Performance category for her song Love Me Jeje from her album Born In The Wild. She was nominated alongside Yemi Alade (Tomorrow), Asake & Wizkid (MMS), Chris Brown featuring Davido & Lojay (Sensational), and Burna Boy (Higher).
