First 30,000 mourners at Moi’s funeral to receive free soda, bread

The first 30,000 mourners at the funeral service of former President Daniel arap Moi set for January 11 in Kabarak, Nakuru County will receive free snacks from the government.

Speaking to the press on the burial arrangements of Kenya’s second president, Rift Valley Regional Commissioner George Natembeya said that the mourners will get bread, soda, water, a copy of the day’s programme and shown a place to sit upon arrival at the venue.
