After a whirlwind romance Pop singer Mary J Blige has filed for divorce. After 12 years of marriage to Martin Kendu Isaacs, the couple who have no children cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind her shocking decision. The artist further asked the judge to disallow spousal support but details are unclear as to whether Kendu who also happens to be her manager signed a prenup.
No further information has been revealed as to what more could have caused the reason behind the divorce. The Grammy award winner did however disclose at a past interview the downside of being married to her manager.
