New stadiums alone won’t improve Kenya’s sporting chances

Some days ago, I came across a post on social media that the Cabinet secretary for Sports had said that the state will build national stadium for rugby. Several months ago, I came across another story, about new stadiums that were supposed to be built across the country, whose construction had not started (even now there is nothing going on) due to certain reasons. A wonderful story by all standards it was.
