City debt collector, Brian Yongo, unable to pay Sh3 million rent arrears?

Nairobi businessman Brian Yongo has been served with a court order to vacate a house located in Kitisuru over alleged rent dispute.

The order follows a protracted legal battle in which the landlord, Dr Jigisha P Jani, claims Yongo, trading as Neptune Credit Management Ltd, has allegedly refused to vacate the rented house or pay rent arrears amounting to Sh3,168,850.
