For an actress who always keeps tabs on what happens around her, and is quite nosy while at it, setting up Jackie a.k.a Jolene’s surprise baby shower was tricky and difficult. Her best friend and former Tahidi High actress Mercy, sure pulled it off successfully.
With friends trying their best to ensure that the baby shower surprise didn’t leak, Jackie was treated to one of the best baby showers in celeb-ville last Sunday at her Ruiru home.
An all white themed party with several cakes to the glitz and glam, Jackie’s surprise baby shower was intricately planned within her court.
Fortunately, her vast network of friends came in handy towards ensuring that the nitty gritty details were handled. While some friends worked on the catering, others handled the event’s décor and volunteered to emcee the event.
Some of the shower’s highlight included seeing Jackie’s shock at the surprise, the gifts which included custom made gifts for baby Zari and a heartfelt song dedication by Kate the actress who impressed many with her singing skills and gospel singer Chuchu who dedicated her song “beautiful” to Jackie.
With only a few days to her delivery, SDE wishes Jackie and Ken all the best and bliss as they await their bundle of joy.
