Eight business owners at Dari Business Park in Karen, a property linked to former CS Raphael Tuju, have moved to the High Court seeking orders to compel police to restore access following an alleged illegal and forceful eviction last month.

In a lawsuit filed at Milimani High Court, the businessmen are seeking orders directing Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja, Attorney General Dorcas Oduor and the Officer Commanding Karen Police Station to immediately withdraw police officers from the premises and allow the petitioners, their employees, agents, tenants and licensees full access, possession and quiet enjoyment of their business units within Tuju’s Dari Business Park.
