Gicheru and Nyachera win Coast Junior tournament

Junior golfer Rasmeet Kaur of Nyali Golf and Country club sends her swing shot to the second greens during the Coast Junior Open at the par 71 Mombasa golf Club course in Mombasa County on Sunday 27th, April,2025 where she emerged among the top winners. [Maarufu Mohamed, Standard].

It was the last weekend before kids go back to school after the April holidays and they made sure it was indeed memorable by displaying their skills at the par 71 Sea-Link Mombasa golf course in Mombasa County.

The over 100 juniors drawn from across the country with handicap limits of 28.0 for boys and 36.0 for girls braved the current rainy and sunny weather for three days' battling to claim honours in the third NCBA Coast Junior Open that started from last Friday and ended on Sunday.
