Nairobi MCAs irked by failure to set aside money for condoms in Budget

There is a need to set aside money to procure condoms for men who cannot afford the protective sheath, according to some Nairobi MCAs who lamented the male gender has been neglected.

The ward reps, who spoke on Thursday during a debate on finance, budget and appropriations for the financial year 2023-2024, were irked that Sh50 million had been set aside for sanitary pads across all the wards but nothing for men.
