Nairobi forum drafts key steps in the quest for safe usage of nuclear

A meeting of representatives from 22 African countries ended in Nairobi on Friday, with fresh calls to governments to make binding commitments to international decrees on nuclear safety.

The forum noted political goodwill was key in protection of lives and property through safe utilisation of nuclear technologies, especially in health, security and energy.
