A judge hearing a case where the children of late Kiambu tycoon Nginyo Kariuki are fighting for his Sh4 billion estate has been asked to recuse herself from the suit over fears of conflict of interest.
James Anthony Kariuki, one of the children of the late businessman, has filed an application before the High Court in Kiambu, saying he supports another application dated December 5 that sought to have the matter allocated to another judge.
