A day to the opening of a major United Nations climate summit in Egypt, Environment Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya on her maiden global assignment highlighted Kenya's environmental case.
Speaking yesterday in Sharm el-Sheikh, where the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), popularly known as COP27 is taking place, Soipan reiterated Kenya's stand on the climate crisis.
