The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has issued a fresh ultimatum to Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa to surrender to authorities over the alleged role in the killing of his opponent Brian Khaemba's aide.
In a statement, Directorate of Criminal Investigation boss George Kinoti ordered the MP to surrender to the nearest police station within six hours.
