Man cuts half his nose and splits tongue to have a skull face

A 22-years-old man from Colombia shocked the world after cutting half of his nose, ears and splitting his tongue into two so that his face can look like a skull.

He had the lower half of his nose removed, shaded his eyes with ink around them and tattooed his split tongue in blue-grey ink.
