Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino on Sunday, March 25 posted a picture of an alleged conman warning his residents to beware. The response he got from his Facebook followers is far from what he expected as many asked him to use proper channels in handling the matter.
The MP posted a picture of one Benard Omondi who he claimed was using his name to con residents by promising them tenders. He also urged anyone who would come across the said conman to notify the police.
