The Law Society of Kenya has termed move by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to probe Supreme Court Chief Registrar Esther Nyaiyaki as unconstitutional.
EACC had called for the submission of documents that relate to the proceedings of the Supreme Court of Kenya Presidential Petition No. 1 of 2017.
